If you work with homeless veterans or veterans at risk of homelessness, you can refer directly to us. No council pathway, no multi-agency panel, no six-month processing. You know your veteran. You make the referral. We make the placement.

The veteran will not be placed in an empty building. He will live alongside fellow veterans who hold stable jobs and live to the same standard the building requires. These veterans are themselves referred and vetted through veteran associations. They are men who served, who understand without being told, and who provide quiet, steady support simply by being there. The environment is not institutional. It is a building full of people who know exactly where the programme veteran has been, because they carried the same oath and lived the same transition.

We accept referrals from any veteran support organisation with direct knowledge of the individual being referred. SSAFA, Veterans Aid, Stoll, the Royal British Legion, Help for Heroes, organisations within the Op FORTITUDE pathway, or any other body working directly with homeless veterans. The veteran needs to be ready to engage with a structured twelve-month programme. A room, a role in the building, a deadline, and personal responsibility for reaching stable employment and independent living by the end of the year. This is not emergency accommodation and it is not a hostel bed. It is a placement with a defined objective. Your judgement on whether the man is ready for that matters more to us than any assessment form.

When you refer, tell us his name, his service background if available, his current housing situation, and your view on whether he is ready to commit. That is enough to start.

Placement depends on availability. One veteran per property. When a room opens, it moves fast.
